Sailent Feature

  • Powder Coated Machine is built on two solid plates for long-term trouble-free operation.

  • Use of Imported Servo System for high speed and accuracy.

  • Use of PLC and MMI, size and count digitally set on MMI.

  • Machine stops with an alarm for High Speed, High Voltage, Low Voltage, Overload, Encoder error.

  • Isolation Transformer for Servo System.

  • Use of Two Servo motors, one for the sealing station, another for the cutter station.

  • Use of brake motor to prevent sudden fall of the sealer and cutter.

  • Sealer slides in linear bearings.

  • Inching mode for sealer and cutter motor.

  • Thickness: 18 microns minimum to 125 microns maximum (Gusseted) 300 microns (Flat).

  • Use of Two servos in tandem to make sealing strong.

  • Optional: Use of Cold Pin for stacking at high speed. Two needle pinholes in each bag 75mm from the top.

  • After the count, the machine will stop for the desired time, and the stacked bunch can be picked up during this time.
